  • Schedule an appointment on their website within 24 working days. Choose your preferred office and time slot.

  • Note any number tag details.

  • Always check for unexpected changes. Check on 2 PM every day to (hopefully) get a sooner date.

Step 1: Appointment Booking
  • Gather the necessary documents:

  • Valid travel document (passport, student visa, entry permit)

  • Translated birth certificate

  •  *For minors:

  • Previously issued identity card (if applicable)

  • Parent/legal guardian’s passport or HKID

  • Proof of legal guardianship, if applicable

Step 2: Document Preparation
  • Arrive at the chosen office on time. Minors require a parent/legal guardian.

  • Show your booking confirmation at the reception.
