When it comes to healthcare, there are two crucial steps to take. Firstly, obtaining an HKID is important as medical expenses for foreigners can be exorbitant. Secondly, having health insurance is essential. Fortunately, for international students at our universities here, our health insurance is provided by the institution. All that is required is a fee payment, along with an annual renewal.
