TOP UNIVERSITIES

So, some of you, or even most of the international students, have all received scholarships to study in Hong Kong. This is all thanks to the University Grants Committee (UGC). The University Grants Committee of Hong Kong is a non-statutory advisory committee responsible for counseling the Government of Hong Kong on the financing and expansion needs of its subsidized higher education institutions. Appointed by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, its members consist of local and overseas academics, university administrators, and community leaders.
