The Mid-Autumn Festival, happening on September 17, 2024, is also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival. It's a time for families to get together and have a good time. In Hong Kong, this means sharing mooncakes, enjoying moon gazing, and taking part in fun events like lantern carnivals and the Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance. Your campus might have similar vibes with events like these for everyone to join in and have a blast.

Families come together to honor their loved ones by tending to their graves, making offerings, and paying respects. In Hong Kong, this tradition is marked by cleaning gravesites, burning incense, and offering food and other items to the departed. It's a solemn yet significant occasion that emphasizes the importance of family and heritage.

Last but certainly not least, Christmas! Christmas in Hong Kong is also quite a festive event in the winter in this city.
